The plumber did mention freezing the pipes but with the hot water it might be tricky. I still can’t believe there is no way to switch the water off from each one of the flats. With all the kitchens and bathrooms replaced by Camden Council for this Better Home scheme I can’t believe the council has to freeze the pipes every time or switch the water off from the all building.
There must be another way.
