Hi Simon. If you compare your current Service Charge bill to last year’s you will be able to see where the spend has increased and then perhaps be able to make further enquiries. For what it’s worth March’s bill is only an estimate. The September-on-September comparisons are the real deal in terms of what is actually spent.
