I’m sure Camden would claim that there is – recently they have retendered a lot of their contracts hopefully to better value but I’ve no idea what submissions they actually received; time will tell as these will have an impact on the service charges. Unfortunately Camden Council don’t particularly post on these pages (they used to on the now defunct WeAreCamden website, but then again they owned that one, so it was easier to persuade them to post). That said, we (the Leaseholders’ Forum) always welcome suggestions to pass on to them!
Personally my bugbear is that they improved their outbound communications and actually listened to consultations then that would save them a lot of money, but some departments appear to hear this better than others (yes, I’m looking at you Major Works).
