I presume the works are claimed to be completed. Take lots of pictures for the works claimed to be done and ask the contract manager to meet you about snagging. The have a period to make things right.
We have a similar situation with Windows being replaced and renewed. The contractors have not replaced anything but locks and they and not bothered to remove the old ones. Our windows in communal areas are burned scratched and left as it was. And many more.
