Tks lots Paul for the information. It is as I suspected.
However, I am still keen to know if it is worth using the lengthy and costly planning permission route. It certainly says on my lease my tenant needs to sign a covenant, but in certain cases it is possible to apply to allow holiday lets and I am guessing fulfil a lot of health and safety regs etc.
Has anyone out there tried it I wonder? I might have to bite the bullet and let the forum know how I get on with that.
