Reply To: Solicitor recommendations


The Bourne Estate Leaseholders’ Group has 12 leaseholders and we have shortlisted a solicitor already. We are open to others and if all us from different Camden owned properties all get to together to chip with asking questions that relate to all our cases then this could bring the cost down massively. For example, whether a particular piece of work like changing windows is an improvement or genuinely needed.
