I note that Long Leaseholders are required to pay a token rent under the COMMONHOLD & LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 2002 section 166 to Camden to the amount of £10.00 annually. Its not a lot but….

My question is: Why £10 why not £1

I see this as another nice little income for Camden at the expense of leaseholders.
