Can anyone explain the part at the top of the bill 16/17 Estimated DEMAND PART 1 DAY TO DAY SERVICE CHARGE, is this some way to send another enormous bill later on
I think this is just a generic heading and if you were going to have more than one you would have received it in the same envelope. I had two, ‘Demand Part 1’ which is my usual Service Charge and ‘Demand Part 2’ which is for Better Homes Work.
If you’re still unsure you can always email Leaseholder Services for clarification (their email address is usually at the top of the letter) – it may also help them improve their correspondence for next time!
