Leaseholder Valuation Tribunal and service charges

Please come back to this page soon!  We expect to have information by Friday evening (8th Feb) about what we (the Leaseholders’ Forum) recommend you do to fight the recent letter from Camden Council in regards to raising service charge fees from 10% to 30% (which could mean an increase in £200 in the annual service charge).

In the meantime, feel free to start a discussion. [editor’s note: older Discussion Board posts were not migrated when we changed sites in 2015]

UPDATE: 8th February.  Responses to the letter need to be in by Wednesday, 13th February but can be made by email.  Given this information the Leaseholders’ Forum are now using the extra time given to us to put more effort into our next steps.  Look out for our update on the afternoon of Sunday (10th February).
