Camden Council witness statements now available for LVT hearing!

Hello and welcome to the latest LVT news update from Camden Leaseholders’ Forum.

We have, tonight, received witness statements and methodology from Camden Council in regards to the current management charge LVT issue.  We will be analysing this documentation over the next months.  More documentation should be released by Camden Council this August, according to the timetable set by the LVT.

If you are interested in reading the statements and methodology we have now made this available on our Dropbox file-hosting site.  The link is https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8dicdoe4qr7zndd/t9v3aEMWnc.  The first document you may wish to look at is called “Covering Email.pdf”.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Viewer to read it, but most computers have this installed as standard.

We have also pointed out to Camden Council councillors and the LVT Tribunal that Camden Council managed to miss the LVT’s deadline for this information by 4 days, without advanced warning, explanation or an apology.

That’s it for now!
