Fellow leaseholders seeking your experience, AGE UK Camden services and more!

In November it was relatively quiet, with many people focussed on the LVT deadline for responses on 6th December.

Tenant Management Organisations – what’s your experience?
A TMO is a means by which council or housing association tenants and leaseholders can collectively take on responsibility for managing the homes they live in.

Alan Matthews asks:

“Can any leaseholders share their experience of living on a Camden estate managed by a Tenant Management Organisation?  The Camden website says there are six estates managed by TMO’s.  Do residents think these organisations offer better value for money or a better quality of service than being serviced directly by the council?”
Can you help Matthew and others by sharing your experience?  To reply please go to https://www.leaseholdersforum.org.uk/discussion-board/ [editor’s note: old Discussion Board posts were not migrated when we changed sites in 2015]
