Hi, I have been having the same issues. I have found that the most effective way is to email people high up in the Camden hierarchy. If you look up the organisation chart there is a Director of Housing called Gavin Davies and also someone called Glendine Shepherd who has Leaseholder Services in their portfolio.

The email addresses are not shown anywhere but they normally follow the pattern name.surname@camden.gov.uk

Keep a log of all the attempts you have made, who promised you what and when and ask these senior people to intervene. Include the terrifying pics. Also, keep at it. If you don’t hear in 24 hours, email again.

I am progressing towards resolution now. I hope it works for you too.
