1. We’ve managed to get Camden interested in a tenant’s garden, where The saplings are threatening two leaseholders’ separate fences. The tenant is on benefits and certainly won’t be able to pay towards costs. Will we be billed for this work in the service charge, despite the fact that our property is being damaged? Is anyone able to advise?
2. Under the terms of the general property insurance that we are all part of, as leaseholders, if the large, old tree on my property was blown down and damaged the building, would that insurance pay out? Or should I be taking out separate insurance to cover this? Grateful for any advice.
