I have mice coming from behind my back boiler in a street property
I contacted Camden and am happy to get bgas to remove boiler so repairs can repair any holes in the chimney and pay for pest control
Camden repairs are saying the chimney is my responsibility as it is internal a chimney is not internal and surely the structure is their responsibility not mine ? help as I am being overrun with mice
It seems these days you have to prove they are responsible they should know what they are responsible for
