Door buzzer entry

Hi I’m new to this so I could be posting in the wrong place but can anyone help me with how to report/chase up a repair for the door entry buzzer as it isn’t working. Also is this the way to communicate to other leaseholders?

Update on the situation. The buzzer was replaced but the handyman damaged my door hinge and the lock. I don’t know how was that even possible but I’ve contacted Cadmen once again, they told me I have to call a locksmith hillingdon, and they will pay them. By the end of the day everything was fixed but it was an interesting way of sorting the problem
