Hi,
We have a major works charge showing on our Camden Account for the installation of locked mobility store sheds in the aged care sheltered accommodation block on our estate. I’ve queried this with Camden Council who have advised me that because the sheltered block forms part of the estate in which our property is located we are liable to make a contribution to the cost of the work even thought we are non-sheltered residents. I’m not convinced this correct and not sure what to do in terms of having this advice validated. Any advice would be grateful appreciated.
