What concerns me is the way the adjusted invoice at the end of year can involve an adjustment of 1000s of pounds. I just don’t uncerstand why this should happen – as happened this year for Richbell leaseholders.
Thousands of pounds adjustment down, rather than up? If so, very likely it will be because they haven’t been able to carry out the works in that period and so can’t charge in that period for works not done in that period.
