I am trying to set up an RTA on our estate in Gospel Oak.
Can someone clarify what the following actually means…
‘The association must represent at least 60% of the leasehold properties in the block or area.’
Do I need 60% of people to sign up to it, or to ensure that 40% do not object to it. Or that the RTA must not purposefully exclude more than 40% of leaseholders?
