      Hi All,

Having received an adjustment for service charges for last year. I’m going to submit a claim under s19 of the l&t act to the tribunal for reasonableness. Would be keen to work with others as Camden do not have a clue when it comes to leasehold. Is there a way we can make contact with one another? I’d like to get a claim submitted within the next 10 days or so.

Service charges or major works? I’ve got a claim re: billed but non existent services along with breach of lease for failing to keep in good substantial repair

Contact leaseholder services and advise on the breach of lease covenants re: state of repair.

Also contact insurers and out them on notice and advise of the leaseholders failure to mitigate loss. That will result in insurers contacting Camden to intervene as freeholder.

I have the exact same problem along with many others. I’ve appointed a solicitor and am unfortunately at the point of County a court but it is the only option to get things done at Camden unfortunately.

Happy to recommend the solicitor I am using.
