Thank you for the info and complaints procedure I will get onto it and recommend everyone else does the same Camden Council are appalling and I urge everybody else suffering from their incompetence to submit a complaint.
Don’t forget this is the same Camden Council that drove a boy to suicide over a £65 debt by escalating it to collectors who added on costs making it unplayable!
I’m afraid this is a common attic with Camden I’ve been experiencing the same thing and it just goes round in circles!

It would appear that the council views leaseholders as a cash cow. Personally I think some sort of collective action even if that’s in the form of a protest outside the council offices calling out those in charge for the complete mismanagement of funds and demanding they are held responsible. Service charges should’ve gone down with all the council employees being furloughed staff costs should be heavily reduced!
Hi Suzy, thanks for your message I’ll be interested to hear how you get on with the ombudsman. I’m a leaseholder in XY Development now part of maiden lane.
We’ve also been charged for non existent services and I’m pretty sure we’d have a claim for breach of lease for failing to keep in good substantial repair
